The Farm
This is the largest residence at Clam Bay, overlooking about 30 acres of crop land
and pasture. It has a full commercial-grade kitchen, a “great room” with large pool
table and heated floor, a den and library with satellite TV and stereo, four bedrooms,
and two-and-a-half bathrooms.
The Farm House main floor is about 2500 square feet, not including a deep and sheltered porch that wraps the main floor almost 360 degrees and offers a very pleasant place to relax on the island-made deck furniture. There is a glass-covered walkway across an antique brick flagged entrance court. There are three fireplaces inside and an adjacent graceful brick barbecue and fire area, a splendid place for singing and drinking in the view.
Designed and built by Mario Szijarto, with Chad Mooney, Architect, the Farm House has a pleasant Italian feel and smooth practicability for families and larger groups. An extensive collection of Native West Coast artifacts is displayed throughout the Farm House.
