The Pump House

This is very unique tiny apartment, made to order for nature lovers and bird watchers. Built as a second story over Clam Bay’s main water pumping facility, the apartment windows are just a few feet above the level of our lush reservoir, Fearn Lake. Professionally designed and decorated by Mario Szijarto, the Pump House is an ideal place to view the many species of birds and wildlife that also come to this peaceful place.

The Pump House will suit a particular kind of person, one who doesn’t mind the intermittent hum of the pumps and who sees the trip downstairs to the elegant little ship’s bathroom as a bit of a giggle.
