Established in 1874, Clam Bay Farm & Vineyard is one of the oldest working and self-sufficient farms in the Gulf Islands. The 5.5-acre vineyard is under an annual management contract with Sea Star Winery and includes Pinot Noir, Siegerrebe, and Ortega grapes. The expansive orchard comprises over 1,400 Haskap Berry Bushes, plus Apple, Plum, and Pear trees. With ample open pastureland, owners could double the size of the orchard or vineyard. Clam Bay Farm & Vineyard also includes its own mill and woodlot operation and an abattoir that could be converted into a commercial kitchen.
